The Sands Studio with its view of the sea stands in the garden of an Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short 100 yard footpath straight onto the beach.
The accommodation is en-suite with a kitchenette. We are very grateful to our guests for respecting that this is part of a no meat no fish home!
The Sands Studio has an en-suite shower room, WiFi, kingsize bed, chair bed and a cot or air-bed, television, DVD player, and kitchenette.
Sit back and take full advantage of the free WiFi in a light, airy and very relaxing space.
Whilst Swanage and the wider area has many great places to eat out at, we know there are occasions when eating in is the order of the day… we have provided a small but well equipped kitchen for you to use.
The kitchen includes a combination microwave/grill/fan oven, 2 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle. Tea and coffee are included.
Self-catering must be kept vegetarian.
With 100% cotton linen and towels, there is a king size double bed with electric blanket, and if you need them, we have also included a pull out single chair bed and a travel cot.
The space works well for 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adults will fit but might find it a little cramped!
There is space and a blow up bed if it’s needed
We have parking for one car, but there is also some street parking if it’s needed.
Feel free to relax in our garden.
The Sands Studio is self-contained is a sunny garden with its own access from the road and is around 100 yards from the beach.
Just across the road, The Grand Hotel has a gym, sauna and plunge pool which are available on a daily or weekly basis, also a bar and restaurant open to non-residents
