Sandy Bay (named after my favourite holiday destination as a child) with french doors to a sunny deck to sit out on at the back and to a balcony at the front is a two bedroom ground floor flat opposite a path down onto the sandy beach which has a couple of nice beach cafes. It has dedicated parking on site.

Burlington Road is a cul-de-sac and is therefore very quiet. There is a corner shop 5 minutes walk away and The Crows Nest pub which has a restaurant is 2-3 minutes walk away. The Bull & Boat is 5 minutes walk and town centre is 15 minutes walk. Burlington Chine beach down the path opposite our car park has a public toilet and two cafes which are only open during the day.
