The Sands forms part of a recently restored Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short footpath straight onto a safe sandy sweep of beach.
There is a sunny patio and garden for relaxing before wandering down the footpath for your next dip in the sea!

Should you fancy it, we offer a 3 course meal with a complimentary glass of wine or fruit juice. Where possible, all food is produced using organic,
free range, fair trade and/or local produce. All our catering is strictly vegetarian (vegan available when requested with booking).
Evening meals are by prior arrangement.

We offer 3 newly converted airy en-suite rooms all with 100% cotton linen and towels.

We regret we do not allow pets.

Room 1... An en-suite studio room with a kingsize bed plus chair bed (slatted with proper mattress), cot and an extra airbed. This room also boasts a television, FreeView box and dvd player as well as it's own kitchen in which you will find all your delicious breakfast ready for you to gobble up at your leisure! The room is also available on a vegetarian self catering basis.

Room 2... An en-suite with a kingsize bed, television, drinks making facilities and an optional cot.. There are also French windows opening onto a private patio area.

Room 3... An en-suite twin room with television and drinks making facilities.
